Shipping and Delivery

At this time, Japan Auction Parts ships merchandise to locations where a national postal agency is in full operation. Countries include but are not limited to The United States and U.S. territories, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands, Canada, Mexico, South America, Europe, Asia, Australia and Oceania. Additionally, to South Africa and certain parts of the Middle East. Due to risks and instability in certain locations the risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We do add insurance to all orders but are not responsible for undelivered or returned orders.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Japan Auction Parts is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Payment Fees

Japan Auction Parts charges a transaction fee of 4.5% to cover transaction charges related to payment. We do not charge a sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled if the item has not entered into its "shipping phase". "Shipping phase" refers to the point from which Japan Auction Parts has received payment from you, and have proceeded to acquire the ordered item through the transfer of funds to another concerned party or the moment at which we have sealed your purchase closed prior to posting. If you're approved for a cancellation, a partial refund of the total paid MINUS the original 4.5% paypal fee shall be issued. This policy has been updated September 13, 2020 to reflect PayPal's own policy change.

Return Policy

You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using Paypal.  Japan Auction Parts reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. As Japan Auction Parts is a purchasing intermediary for bespoke products, we normally do not offer refunds except in some cases when we have received a request immediately after purchase. In the case of damaged goods on arrival, we will work with you to make a claim through the appropriate channels.  In the case of faulty products, we will assist you in contacting the manufacturer if said manufacturer does not have the ability to communicate directly with you.
